- We provide therapy for many problems (see Conditions Treated) and have specialist
knowledge in the areas of weight control, pain control, anxiety, phobias and stress
management. Rae has worked as Specialist Advisor in Weight Control to The National
Council for Hypnotherapy over the past five years and John has been Specialist Advisor
in Pain Control. John is a well known figure in the Profession for his involvement
in bringing Hypnotherapy towards regulation with his appointment as Chair of the
United Kingdom Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations. Hopefully you can see
that we are heavily involved in our profession at all levels and completely passionate
and committed to providing our clients with the excellent service they expect and
deserve. We have worked successfully as Therapists and Instructors of Hypnotherapy
for over a decade and have thousands of hours of therapy experience. Clients should
be aware that other therapists give guarantees and promise success rates. These are
often unsubstantiated claims. The promise we make is to do our best to help you.
Effort is required on the part of the client and we like to make people aware of
this at the outset.

We also offer Emergency Emotional Support to anyone in a desperate situation. Stressful life events and circumstances can leave you feeling anxious and vulnerable. We work with feelings, emotions and mind states to help you find your confidence, take action and get your life back on track. We listen with empathy, are non judgmental and provide emotional support and effective therapeutic interventions whilst you recover.
